WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - A change has been made to the New York state child car seat law. Effective this month, children up to the age of two must be in a rear-facing seat:

The war on vaping continues. New York is requiring vaping product retailers to fork over $300 a year for a license to sell and add a 20 percent tax increase to all of their products:
