WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - It can be hard to stick with eating healthy with the food temptations holidays bring, especially Thanksgiving.
Samaritan Medical Center's Teresa Intorcia gave us some tips on how to avoid some of the pitfalls.

Here are some of her tips:
- Bring on the vegetables (they make a good appetizer, for example)
- Don't skip meals
- Be active before and after a meal
- Lose the guilt -- it’s just one day, after all
