WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - One woman hospitalized after a Watertown fire last weekend has been released, although her mother is still in critical, but stable condition, according to city police.

The women were hurt in a fire on North Orchard Street on November 24.

The fire started on the front porch of the duplex. Seven people were home at the time.

City fire officials believe the fire was started intentionally.

While we can report updates about the women who were hurt, there's nothing further to report on the investigation.

Police told 7 News last week that they’re looking at neighborhood surveillance camera footage.
