WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - Do you know how to use Narcan? After a wave of drug overdose deaths in Jefferson County, health officials want you to be able to say ‘yes’ to that question. Most of your feedback is about that:

As a recovering addict myself I thank God Narcan is around. I have met some great people in rehab that are clean and sober because Narcan was used.

Even though New York recently increased the age to buy tobacco from 18 to 21 years of age, the law doesn’t apply on Fort Drum. Officials say stores on post follow federal law, which allows individuals 18 years and older to buy tobacco products:

Is a great idea but I might suggest changing the name. I don't consider them misfits, just victims of circumstance.
