WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - It will be a chilly day, but at least there will be plenty of sunshine.
Temperatures won't get above freezing, so any surfaces still untreated after the recent snowfall could have a layer of black ice.
Temperatures started mostly in the teens and will top out in the upper 20s to around 30.
Snow will develop overnight and some places will likely see lake effect snow on Wednesday. From 2 to 4 inches could fall in the affected areas.
Wednesday's highs will be in the mid-30s.
There could be a little leftover snow Thursday morning, but much of the day should be dry.
Skies will be mostly cloudy and highs will be in the upper 20s.
There's a chance of snow Friday, when highs will be around 30.
It will be partly sunny and around 25 on Saturday. Sunday will be mostly cloudy with highs close to 40.
There’s a chance of rain on Monday. Highs will be in the low 40s.
