HARRISVILLE, N.Y. (WWNY) - A Harrisville man is accused of sexually abusing a child under the age of 14.
Lewis County sheriff's deputies say 19 year old Bryant Armstrong allegedly had sexual contact with the victim in the town of Diana in the early morning hours of September 29.
Armstrong was charged Monday with second-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child, both misdemeanors.
He was issued tickets to appear in Diana town court at a later date.
Deputies say the Child Advocacy Center of Northern New York assisted them in the investigation.
