SPCA: Tigger & a new fundraiser

WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - Tigger is a young cat ready for adoption.

Jefferson County SPCA operations manager Katelynn Drohan said the 5 month old came in with seven other animals.

She says it's a good lesson to teach people to spay and neuter their pets.

She also talked about a new fundraiser that's going on Friday, December 27.

It's called a Life-A-Thon. Members of the SPCA staff will be locked up with animals starting at 8 a.m.

The only way they get let out is if 500 people sign up for the SPCA's $10-a-month membership.

It’s a Facebook live event, so you check it out online on the SPCA’s Facebook page or website. The links are below.
