Report on Watertown city manager won’t be presented Monday
WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - One thing the new Watertown City Council won't learn about Monday night is an anticipated independent report on the city manager after a complaint was filed against him.
Back in November, a female city department head filed a formal complaint at Rick Finn, saying Finn created a hostile work environment.
The complaint was not sexual in nature. The complaint outlines more than half a dozen instances and named witnesses.
City Attorney Robert Slye thought he'd have the report by now and present it to city council in executive session Monday night, but Slye told 7 News he doesn't have it yet.
There’s no word as to when the report will be available.
