WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - Despite announcing their retirement last summer, the owners of Truesdell's Furniture in Watertown say they're still in business and recently reorganized.
Wayne Truesdell tells 7 News the furniture store is now focused on affordability and is offering bedroom sets, mattresses, and dining room sets, with living room sets on order.
The goal, Truesdell says, is to offer more sets and products for $1,000 or less.
“We want to do more for average people,” Truesdell said.
Truesdell and his wife Patricia say they’ve realized the furniture store helps bolster their mobile home parts business, which got its start 45 years ago.
