OGDENSBURG, N.Y. (WWNY) - Allegiant Air is spreading its wings.
The Las Vegas-based budget airline says it it undergoing its biggest expansion ever, with 44 new non-stop routes, including what USA Today says will be its first ever flights to Boston, Chicago, and Houston.
Airline officials say they added 15 Airbus jets in 2019 and plan to increase that number this year.
Seasonal flights -- which is what the carrier is best known for -- will be offered twice a week.
Allegiant currently operates flights out of Ogdensburg to Tampa and Orlando.
