CARTHAGE, N.Y. (WWNY) - Larissa Wiltse started dancing at 2 years old and has been in school musicals since she was in elementary school.
The Carthage senior is the 7 News Arts All-Star for June 15, 2020.
She plans to attend Jefferson Community College in the fall and later transfer to Roberts Wesleyan University for education and teaching English as a second language.
