WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - It’s not easy to maintain plants when the weather is this dry.
Sue Gwise is a horticulture expert with Cornell Cooperative Extension in Jefferson County. She says that under these conditions, it’s important to water every day.
She says watering should be before 10 a.m. and should give the plants a good soaking.
