2-vehicle crash sends woman to the hospital
TOWN OF PAMELIA, N.Y. (WWNY) - A woman was rushed to the hospital following a crash in the town of Pamelia early Wednesday afternoon.
An SUV and a pickup truck collided at the intersection of routes 37 and 342.
State Police said the pickup truck, operated by 60 year old Dale Patchin of Watertown, was attempting to make a left turn onto Route 342 when he turned in front of 71 year old Linda Eisenhauer of Watertown.
Both vehicles hit each other head-on.
Troopers said Eisenhauer was taken to Carthage Area Hospital with minor injuries.
Patchin was issued a ticket for failure to yield the right of way. He was not injured in the crash.
