WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - The Salmon Run Mall’s lone sit-down eatery has closed.

In an email to 7 News, owner Ryan Chaif said, “We were forced to close our Watertown location due to COVID related government restrictions, specifically - but not exclusively - regarding restaurants in malls in NYS. We continue to love and support this community, and to offer our continued gratitude to all those who have supported us these many years.”

Chaif said he’s still brewing in Lowville and people can support his business by buying Skewed beer at restaurants and stores.

The Watertown mall’s spokesperson, Karla Woods, said the mall is working on a few other options for the space, which is near both the food court and the cinemas.
