WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - December graduates at Jefferson Community College will not walk the stage this winter.

In a virtual meeting, JCC President Dr. Ty Stone said there won’t be a December commencement ceremony because of COVID-19.

Instead, the winter grads will join May graduates walking the stage in the spring.

Stone says there will still be a nurse pinning ceremony in December, however, that will be done remotely.
