WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - Watertown is a step closer to welcoming a new brewery.
The city’s planning board unanimously approved the business’ plans to update the former Alteri’s Bakery on Waterman Drive. It’ll be the new home to Sackets Harbor Brewing Company.
One question brought up: how much more water will a brewery use compared to the former bakery?
The answer: 50,000 gallons more.
City officials say that shouldn’t be a problem.
