WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - Two north country families rang in the New Year with new additions to their families.
The first baby to be born locally in 2021 was Gabriel Chad Kenneth Stevens at Watertown’s Samaritan Medical Center.
He came into the world at 1:50 a.m. weighing 7 pounds, 9 ounces.
Gabriel is the first child of Chad and Kasey Stevens of Philadelphia.
At 5:38 a.m., Finnian Jack Pierce Havens was born at Canton-Potsdam Hospital.
He weighed in at 8 pounds, 6 ounces and is the fifth child of Joshua and Jacqueline Havens of Heuvelton.
