WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - A man allegedly fired a gun at a store in the of Tupper Lake. No one was hurt, but at least one bullet created a hole inside Fortune’s True Value Hardware:

Controversy erupted in Canton over the town clerk position. The town board passed over the deputy clerk for the job and appointed a woman who just resigned her town board post:

Voters should remember this for the next election. Technically they can appoint who they want, but next election voters can decide for themselves.
