WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - A violent mob loyal to President Trump stormed the U.S. Capitol last week and forced lawmakers into hiding in an attempt to overturn America’s presidential election. The assault left several people dead:

Congresswoman Elise Stefanik, a staunch Trump supporter, condemned the violence and said she didn’t blame the president for it. She also opposes impeaching Mr. Trump:
Stefanik is complicit in the violence. She supported 45 and his lies to further her political career.
