Watertown man charged with three counts of child pornography
WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - A Watertown man has been charged with three counts of promoting a sexual performance of a child.
31-year-old Christopher Church II was arrested on Thursday. The investigation started in April 2019, when police say they began investigating a child pornography case at 278 State Street, apartment 4B in Watertown.
Watertown Police said the investigation determined that Church II was in possession of pictures and videos on his electronic devices of young children engaged in sexual acts with adult men.
Church II was arraigned in Watertown City Court. His bail is $5,000 cash.
