Career-Tech All-Star: Hope Simmons

GOUVERNEUR, N.Y. (WWNY) - Hope Simmons has wanted a career in law enforcement ever since she can remember.
“I’ve wanted to do it for my whole life,” she said, “any part of it – I just always wanted to do it.”
That’s why the Gouverneur student is studying criminal justice at BOCES’ Southwest Tech Center.
And that’s why she’s the 7 News Career-Tech All-Star.
She plans on studying criminal justice at SUNY Potsdam. After that, she plans to join the Army or Air Force to serve as an MP.
