WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - There’s a big need for in-home childcare in Lewis County and a pair of organizations are helping the county fill that need.
Jefferson Community College instructor JoLynn Fiorentino and Cathy Brodeur from the Community Action Planning Council talked about a program that allows people to become licensed home day care operators.
