CLAYTON, N.Y. (WWNY) - A Clayton man is accused of attacking two people with a metal snow shovel handle.

Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies say 23-year-old Nathan Kilborn allegedly threw the handle overhand at a woman, hitting her in her chest and knocking the wind out of her.

Deputies say this happened Tuesday evening at 36320 Reese Road in the town of Clayton.

He also allegedly hit a man in the chest with the handle and leaving bruises behind.

Deputies say Kilborn also damaged a vehicle by smashing it with a metal pipe.

He’s charged with second-degree harassment, second-degree reckless endangerment, and third-degree criminal mischief.
