TOWN OF PAMELIA, N.Y. (WWNY) - Construction is underway just outside the city of Watertown to improve a busy intersection.
The project is happening at the intersection of Route 11 and LeRay and Mill streets. They’re turning it into a roundabout to ease traffic flow.
The project will cost just under $5 million. It’s funded by the state Department of Transportation.
The entrance to the Seaway Plaza will be realigned as well.
