ATV crash claims life of a Winthrop Man

WINTHROP, N.Y. (WWNY) - An ATV crash claimed the life of a Winthrop man Friday night.
The St. Lawrence County Coroner’s Office says 33-year-old Brett Logan was driving his ATV on Route 11C at approximately 8:20 PM Friday night when he went over an embankment and hit a tree.
Officials say he was declared dead on scene.
