WILNA, N.Y. (WWNY) - A Carthage man is accused of trespassing at a town of Wilna home last week.
Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies say 35-year-old Joshua Winkempleck entered the home without permission Thursday and remained locked inside a bedroom after the homeowners arrived.
He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass, arraigned in Wilna town court, and released for a later court appearance.
