WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) - It’s Safe Sleep and SIDS Awareness Month.

Laurie Fegley is director of the Car-Freshner Center for Women and Children at Samaritan Medical Center.

She has many tips on how to prevent sleep-related infant deaths. She gives us a rundown on Samaritan’s Morning Checkup segment on 7 News This Morning.

You can find more advice at the New York State Department of Health and the federal Consumer Product Safety Commission.
