Watertown city hall, library to close for a couple hours

WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) - Watertown city hall and Watertown’s Flower Memorial Library will close for a couple hours Friday.
The buildings will be closed from 10 a.m. to noon for employee training.
Watertown city court will remain open.
