MASSENA, New York (WWNY) - Jean Elizabeth LeBoeuf went to heaven and forever peace on June 25, 2022. She was 62.

Jean was born March 8, 1960 to Robert and Catherine (Kitty Tyo) LeBoeuf and graduated from Massena Central High School in 1978.

Jean enjoyed living in Massena her entire life. Many in the community will remember her at Homestead Dairies, having worked there twenty years and managing four stores. She loved interacting with the public, spreading joy and love throughout the community. When her father passed, she became her mother’s constant companion where shopping trips became full social events. Jean held a special place in her heart for the disadvantaged and had a very special bond with her many Amish friends, visiting them loyally every week.

Jean is survived by her spouse of 34 years, Lori Blaha, her mother Kitty, her brothers Robert Jr. and Glenn of Massena, Alan of New Port Richey, FL. She is also survived by eleven beloved nieces and nephews, many great-nieces and nephews, cousins and special friends. Jean was predeceased by her father, Robert.

Jean touched many peoples’ hearts and now we have one less angel on earth.

Arrangements are under the guidance and care of Phillips Funeral Home, 64 Andrews St, Massena, NY.

Friends and family are invited and may call at Phillips Funeral Home Thursday, June 30 from 4-7pm.

A celebration of Jean’s life will be held Friday, July 1 at 3pm at Emmanuel Congregational Church in Massena with Pastor Judy VanKennen officiating.
