WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) - The lake effect snow band has settled in over Jefferson County, and before it’s finished, the region could see more than 4 feet of snow.

As of early afternoon Friday, Watertown and Carthage already had more than 2 feet of snow. Natural Bridge had nearly 3 feet.
