MASSENA, New York (WWNY) - The family of Michael James Rusaw, age 76, are saddened to announce his unexpected passing on Thursday, January 26, 2023.
The family has entrusted arrangements to the care and expertise of the Phillips Memorial Home, located at 64 Andrews Street, Massena, NY. Funeral arrangement are incomplete at this time.
