Carthage Post Office reopens

CARTHAGE, New York (WWNY) - The Carthage Post Office is now open for business.
Officials say operations resumed at 12:45 p.m. Thursday.
The building temporarily closed on Tuesday after sparks and smoke were seen coming from an electrical line.
The closure affected post office box customers, who were told to pick up their mail in Watertown.
