Getting back into snow mode

WEST CARTHAGE, New York (WWNY) - When it comes to snow, it has been fairly quiet lately.
But with a foot of snow forecast for some areas of the north country, department of public works crews are getting ready.
We went to West Carthage to see what the DPW was doing Wednesday to prepare.
