Water to be shut off for Watertown neighborhood

WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) - Water will be off for a block of a Watertown city street for a couple hours Wednesday.
The mains on the 800 block of Starbuck Avenue will be isolated from10 a.m. to noon.
This will allow crews to connect the Starwood housing complex to the new water main on Division Street East.
