EVANS MILLS, New York (WWNY) - The Village of Evans Mills will be shutting off water to residents who live on Factory Street on Thursday, August 10, according to an announcement from the village clerk.

The reason? The village is replacing hydrants.

Water will be shut off for approximately three hours. The work is weather permitting.
