Chef Chris Manning shows us his take on a couple Thanksgiving dinner side dishes.
He makes cranberry orange relish -- because his dad hated the canned stuff -- and Waldorf salad.
Both are easy and go together quickly.

Cranberry Orange Relish
- 1 16-ounce package fresh cranberries- 1 orange, cut into 8 pieces- 1 cup sugar- 2 tablespoons orange liqueur
Pulse all ingredients together in a food processor until smooth.
Serve as a condiment with roast turkey or chicken.
- 1 cup mayonnaise- 1 cup diced celery- 1 cup diced apples- 1/2 cup craisins (or raisins)- 1/2 cup mixed nuts- 1/2 cup halved seedless grapes- Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together and top with diced cooked chicken, bacon bits and crumbled blue cheese.
