Monday was the first day of the high school spring sports season.
Many teams were outdoors, but one that braved the outdoors was the South Jefferson boys' lacrosse team.
Coach Randy Fuller says the key to practicing when there's still snow on the ground is flexibility.
"Hopefully, we'll be able to get outside as many days as possible," he said. "We have this beautiful, gigantic parking lot that we can use whenever we want as long as it's clear of snow."
But with snow expected toward the end of the week, "we might have to transition inside for a couple nights, but whenever we can get out, we'll be outside."
