Fine Garage & Apartment Destroyed By Fire

A town of Fine garage with an upstairs apartment was destroyed by fire Monday night.

It took firefighters from four departments about an hour and a half to get the blaze at 154 State Highway 58 under control. 

The fire was reported at 8:15 p.m. The apartment was not occupied. 

Fine Fire Chief Dan Kerr says the building, which is owned by Doug Facey, was a total loss. 

It was not insured and the cause is undetermined. 

Firefighters from Star Lake, Edwards and Harrisville also responded to the scene.
