Police in Canada say a body has been found that matches the description of a missing 25 year old man who they believed jumped from the Ogdensburg-Prescott International Bridge last week.
Ontario Provincial Police said in a release Tuesday morning that the body was found by a civilian Sunday in the St. Lawrence River near the village of Morrisburgh.
Police say the man was reported missing from Brampton, Ontario.
The bridge was closed for two hours on September 6 while police investigated. The search for the man continued at least into Saturday.
An autopsy will be conducted to identify the body.
