Halloween is off to a chilly start, but it should get warmer -- and wetter -- as the day goes on.
Precipitation was hitting some places early and causing a wintry mix in higher elevations.
It will warm into the low- to mid-50s and we'll have rain on and off all day. We'll have some sprinkles and light rain by trick-or-treating hours this evening.
Skies clear up some overnight, but rain comes back Thursday -- most likely in the afternoon and evening. Highs will be in the upper-40s.
More showers are in the forecast for Friday, when highs will be around 50.
There's a chance of rain Saturday and mostly sunny skies are expected for Sunday. Weekend highs will be in the mid- to upper-40s.
Monday will be in the mid-50s and Tuesday will be around 60. There's a chance of rain each of those two days.
