A 28 year old Dexter man has pleaded guilty in connection with a heroin bust.
Nicholas Deegan appeared Tuesday in Jefferson County Court, where he pleaded guilty to third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
He faces five years in prison and three years post-release supervision when he's sentenced January 9.
Deegan was a passenger in a car in September 2017 when he was arrested.
Members of the Metro-Jefferson Drug Task Force said they found 380 envelopes of heroin in the car after sheriff's deputies pulled it over during a routine stop on Route 11 in the town of Adams.
