There was a small development on Monday in the long-running controversy over whether a wind power farm should be built on Galloo Island.
The state siting board refused to give money to a couple who own a lighthouse on the island, money that would go for legal help for the couple.
It's the second time the couple has been turned down. The couple is reportedly trying to halt review of the project until their claim involving the rights to some land is resolved.
Apex Clean Energy wants to build a 110-megawatt wind farm on the Lake Ontario island.
