Warm Morning, Colder Afternoon

Posted: Updated:

Tuesday morning was fairly balmy, but those temperatures won't last.

Early temperatures were in the 40s. They will be in the upper-20s this afternoon.

Rain showers passed through overnight and there's some patchy fog early on. Although there could be some lingering rain and maybe a flurry or two later, most of the day will be dry and cloudy.

There could be a peek of sunshine, though, late in the afternoon.

Temperatures drop into the teens overnight.

A wintry mix is expected for Wednesday, Thursday and into Thursday night. Most of the precipitation will be in the afternoon on both days.

Highs will be around 30 on Wednesday and in the 40s on Thursday.

There will be rain and snow mixing together on Friday. Highs will be around 40.

The weekend will be partly to mostly sunny with highs in the 20s on both Saturday and Sunday.

There's a chance of snow Monday, when highs will be close to 30.
