Clayton Woman Charged With Identity Theft

A Clayton woman is accused of identity theft after she allegedly used stolen credit card information to buy electronics from Best Buy.

State police say 59 year old Rose Lowe allegedly used the credit card information to purchase two wireless sound systems and a video game console.

She's charged with second-degree identity theft and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
 
Lowe was arraigned in Clayton village court and released on her own recognizance.
