A Lisbon man is accused of threatening a town highway crew with a shotgun.

St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies say 43 year old Christopher Boyle allegedly came out of his Cold Springs Road home holding a shotgun and screaming at a highway crew that was working on a nearby culvert.

He was charged with second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor.

Boyle was arraigned in Canton town court and released on his own recognizance.

He'll be back in court at a later date.
