The Grasse River Players, as part of Canton’s Winterfest, is performing the classic comedy The Man Who Came to Dinner. Performances are Friday, February 15th and Saturday, February 16th at 7PM and Sunday, February 17th at 3PM and will be held at Peterson-Kermani Performance Hall on St. Lawrence University’s campus. Tickets are $10.00 and can be purchased at the Pear Tree in Canton or at the door. Children 12 and under are free!

About the show: Famed author Sheridan Whiteside possesses a tongue dipped in venom and a brain that can crack The New York Times crossword in four minutes. On a lecture tour in Ohio, he slips on the ice and is confined to the home of a bourgeois couple. He proceeds to plunge the household into chaos, ruling the place like a czar and meddling in everyone’s love life.
