A 37 year old man who was arrested in a Watertown methamphetamine bust last year is going to prison.

George Castine appeared Friday in Jefferson County Court, where he was sentenced as a second felony offender to 2 years behind bars and 2 years post-release supervision.

He pleaded guilty last month to third-degree unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Castine was arrested in November 2018 during a meth lab bust at 728 Davidson Street in Watertown.

Police said a search of the home yielded 1.7 grams of meth and 2 ounces of a liquid containing meth in addition to meth-making materials.
