More Sun, More Cold - Warmer Tomorrow

Posted: Updated:

The north country will be sunny and cold again Thursday as lake effect snow in central New York weakens throughout the morning.

Warnings and advisories to our south are set to end at 10 a.m.

Meanwhile, north country skies will be mostly clear to start with some clouds by afternoon. We could see a few flurries from time to time.

Thursday's highs will be in the upper-teens to around 20.

Friday and Saturday will be sunny and warmer. Highs will be in the upper-20s on Friday and in the mid-30s on Saturday.

Sleet and freezing rain overnight into Sunday will change to all rain as temperatures climb to the mid-40s.

It will be in the 30s for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Snow is likely on Monday and we'll have sunshine for Tuesday and Wednesday.
