Another Store Closing In Salmon Run Mall

Another Store Closing In Salmon Run Mall

Posted: Updated:

Another store at Watertown's Salmon Run Mall is closing.

Charlotte Russe, a women’s fashion retailer, announced Thursday it's going out of business.

The company's website says its online store has closed and a liquidation sale is underway at all of its locations.

7 News reached out to the Watertown store to see when the location would be shutting its doors. An employee said she had no idea.

This comes just days after another national chain, Things Remembered, closed its store at the mall. The business specialized in personalized gifts and engraving.

Last month, Payless ShoeSource announced it's closing all of its stores, including the ones in the Towne Center plaza and the Salmon Run Mall. The locations are reportedly having going-out-of business sales through May.

One of the mall's anchor stores, Sears, closed in January. It employed 30 people.

Mall marketing manager Karla Woods did not immediately return our calls for comment.
