Watertown Meth Maker Gets 3 Years In Prison

Posted: Updated:

A 45 year old Watertown man is going to prison for making methamphetamine in his city apartment.

Joseph Peck was sentenced Friday in Jefferson County Court as a second felony offender.

He was sentenced to three years in prison and two years post-release supervision.

Peck pleaded guilty last month to unlawful manufacture of meth and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

In December, police executed a search warrant at 332 Arsenal Street, Apartment 4, where Peck lived.

Inside, officials said they found the materials required to make meth, along with a small amount of the drug.
